Based on your local IP address, this should be your router admin IP address. This is only the case if you are in the same network as your wifi router.
First of all, open a router box to release a wireless router from it. Check the default username and password at the given in bottom side of the wireless router.
Be sure, your internet connection is directly plugging with an Ethernet cable to attach your computer or laptop. Attach your router to a power source wait to boot it. Connect the Ethernet cable to your router brand.
The default network name is should be the name of the make and model of the router. Check the user manual if you have trouble finding it.

If you want to access your Router's admin page, then you can use this default IP address. This IP address is private. But do you what the difference between Private and public IP addresses is. Private IP addresses are not placed on the Internet publically. That means no traffic can be sent to them from the Internet, they only allow to work in the local network, and 192.168.0.1 is one of them. A public IP address is placed on the Internet, and any traffic can be sent to this IP address.
